Kindly note that our replacement and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, we cannot process any replacement or refund requests if more than 30 days have passed since you made the purchase.

We take full responsibility for our products’ quality and stand by our craftsmanship. In the event of any defects or mistakes caused by our side, we will provide a free replacement without any additional charges.

Since all our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from customer-related errors, such as incorrect choices of size, design, color, and the like.

Please also be aware that our products are customized and produced based on market demand, so they are not always in stock as ready-made items. Additionally, there may be slight differences in color between the advertised images and the actual product—this is often due to factors like lighting during photography or variations in monitor displays. Therefore, a 10% deviation in appearance between the advertised images and the item you receive is considered acceptable.

Refunds (if applicable)

We are dedicated to delivering the finest-quality products to you, and we’re pleased to arrange a replacement for your order if any of the following situations apply: the product has defects, or the item you received does not match what was originally described on our website. Please send an email to [email protected], attaching photos of the received product—including any detailed shots you deem necessary.

We will utilize this information to process your replacement request and take measures to avoid similar issues in the future. Our customer service team will review your claim; if approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

For all other types of requests (not covered above), please also reach out via email at [email protected]. After our customer service team reviews and approves your claim, we will provide you with a return address.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Additionally, any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged, will not qualify for a refund or replacement—such items will be forfeited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by double-checking your bank account once more. Next, get in touch with your credit card company — it may take a certain period for the refund to be officially reflected. Then contact your bank, as there is usually some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us via email at [email protected].

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only process exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or caused by our production/shipping errors. If you wish to exchange for an identical item, please contact us at email:[email protected]. Our customer service team will evaluate your request within 24 hours. Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR REPLACEMENT?

‌Submitting all required documentation, including clear photos of the incorrect item and its packaging, is mandatory for our return/replacement approval. Incomplete submissions will result in process delays.

Please send some pictures as proof, which include:

  • Picture of the wrong items you received
  • Picture of the shipping label.

Size issue

Please send the picture as proof:

  • Picture of the shipping label.
  • Photo measure the size of the product with a ruler.
  • The tag size on the outsole
  • The length of the insole measured by a ruler
  • Picture of the product you received

Broken/ Damaged items:

Please send some pictures as proof, which includes:

  • Picture of the broken item
  • Picture of the shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to adjust your order after purchase, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the specific changes you wish to make. We will notify you once the adjustment or cancellation is completed.

Your order can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this period, the order will enter the processing stage and can no longer be altered.

Please note that a handling fee (5% of the total order amount) will be charged for any cancellations.
